Life Code supplements that are sold to retail customers may be returned for replacement or refund within 90 days from the date that they are received. Refunds are for the full purchase price including the shipping cost that was paid at the time of purchase. In order to receive a refund the customer must return the bottles whether empty or full to Life Code. The customer must pay return shipping cost. No RMA # (return merchandise authorization number) is required. Once we receive a return we will typically process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. Please ship products to us with tracking.
